currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

Wife is 35 weeks pregnant and recently tested positive for Covid. Symptoms are mild to moderate. Doctor’s say no impact to baby if symptoms continue to remain under control. We are vaxed and boosted so not as worried about our recovery. More worried about the baby at this point. Anyone with similar experiences to share? TIA

I am in need of some advice I have a bachelors in healthcare administration. My long term goal would be a CEO of a hospital. I am looking at masters programs and need some advice as what to get my masters in. Sometimes I wish I could just do the job and not think about any of those things. But then I look at the time and nine hours passed by and I still have three hours left before I can say that I made a ding to my To Do list for the day.

I have got an offer from Amazon via email by the recruiter where my date of joining,CTC, benefits and designation is mentioned but when I have acknowledged that same within 24 hrs from receiving that email, the recruiter stopped replying me but I have already resigned from my current organization based on that offer but now it's been 4 days since when I am sending emails to them but they are not responding, what should be my next step,kindly help me

Last year when Covid broke, I received a couple of interview calls but ignored them as I felt the organization kept me at work when other companies cut short their HR staff so I should be with them even if with no appraisal. But now, I was living in the fool's paradise when I am told to leave with no job offers in hand, car and home loan, dependent parents, expecting jobless spouse with a 3-year old kid.
