I got an offer from X company with a 45% hike and my current company manager matched that offer instantly. Now company X offered me another 45% hike which is a total of 90%hike. Now I am a bit confused to decide. If I resign from my current company, not sure if it is ethical since my manager respected me and has matched my offer instantly. Any suggestions?

Hello all. Looking for thoughts and opinions. I’ve been a sales manager with a small company (I refuse to say it is a start up anymore since they bring in several million in ARR). I’ve been with them for a year and a half. I started at 50k and now make 63k. I am a full-cycle sales manager…the company does not believe in the use of BDRs. There’s no opportunity for growth. Is my salary fair (per MA standards)? I was promised high OTE… but with no marketing team I also hardly get leads.

How valid do you all think Glassdoor salary ranges are? Backstory; old company was acquired by a new company week 1 of my employment. (3 years ago). Was poking around at the salary ranges for my position and it seems I am vastly being underpaid. I don’t even know where I would begin to start this conversation with my boss or HR. I resigned from KPMG 15 days back and still my HRBP clearance is not completed from my HRBP. Any idea how does this clearance work? Will it be completed post receiving FNF settlement or will FNF settlement be relayed because of this non clearance from HRBP?
