I was told to apply to a hospital job by someone interested in interviewing me. The recruiter reached out. Asked for my availability but then didn’t respond when I gave her my availability. I followed up. We scheduled a phone call (she said she’d call) and then she didn’t call! At this point, I’m thinking they’re totally disorganized. Is this common practice? We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. On a project where the project team (including our principal) and client sponsors collaborated on an awesome roadmap and the client leadership (aka PEG) wasn’t buying it. The principal on the project didn’t say a word when we reviewed it with the PEG to help back us up. Back to square 1. How do you all address this?
