I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. My small company was bought out by a corporation. During the acquisition process, the new HR team wants to demote my title from “manager” to “specialist” due to their company requirements. I declined the offer and they changed the offer to grandfather my title in but are still evaluating my salary based on a specialist role. My supervisor (a VP) and our President disagree with this choice but are making no headway with the new HR team. What can we do?

I have joined IBM and resigned within 50 days.
Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.
Now manager is threatening me that I will be placed under no hire to IBM.

Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. My preference is to join in where I can grow and get a good learning for future career growth. Also, work life balance should be good in the organization.
