A colleague told me today that Google separates Product Manager and Product Owner as two separate roles. I believe that one PM role is preferred in the industry and most modern software companies, especially FAANG companies, only have PMs. Just curious what others have experienced and if I'm correct in my assumption.

Since we all have been looking at so many posts here, and even when we are at much better places, packages, having quality work, most are still feeling - not enough, not contend.
Just wanted to bring that awareness back to look at oneself without comparing.
Everyone did not have the same journey, every will not walk the same road ahead.

I went from 7.5 LPA (Jun 2021) to 30 LPA fixed (Mar 2022). Thanks to this community for motivation and suggestions.

Tech stack: .net + azure with some experience in DevOps
Yoe: 4 years 6 months

I did lot of offer shopping!
Had offers from Accenture, Sapient, EY, even from few product companies, and now joining a start up.
