I have a friend who is 29 with a BA in finance who recently completed a software engineer boot camp with per scholars. She just completed a 4 month internship with a fintech. She is a black, masculine presenting lesbian and has a hard time landing a role. She is feeling really down about it.

I have a company reaching out about exit ops and I’m interested, but given I’m a few months away from a pretty sizable bonus, I would rather just wait until Jan to join.
