The word "perks" is the more common and accepted spelling for the plural of the abbreviation of "perquisite," which refers to a benefit or privilege received as part of one's job or position. While "perqs" technically isn't incorrect, it's less common and not found in dictionaries, according to a post on the Turner Publishing website.
