Procrastination is definitely a problem for me. What exacerbates it for me is that I have a tendency to get distracted and go down rabbit holes. I'll be working on something and come across something interesting and want to know more and then I'll realize I'm just spending too much time on some tangent. So it's a particular form of procrastination, it's not that I'm doing nothing, but I'm letting myself wander into less productive or useful areas.

For me, it has always been the intolerance to unfair treatment, injustice, and favoritism. This has led to people not being mad/accountable for the injustice, but at me first calling toxic practices out and suggesting changes to the work culture.

Procrastination for me as well. I definitely wait until the last minute to do everything. I always get it done but I stress myself out in the meantime.
Oh, yeah, procrastination is definitely my biggest pitfall as well. I come from a family of professional procrastinators so I come by it honestly. But procrastination has been haunting me since grade school, all through high school and college, and while I have made some improvements in this area, procrastination is still an issue for me.
