My current CTC is 8lpa, i have an offer from VFISLK 11lpa, and expecting offer from Accenture 12lpa.

Can Wipro match the offer?

Considering wlb and job security, i can stay in Wipro if they match the offer.

PWC offered 23+2JB+2(assuming bonus at 10%) for 5yoe. And I'm getting 27-28 from other service based companies. However I'm confused if I should go higher fixed ctc or brand name, ie PWC. Thoughts?

I've been a government attorney for nearly three years now and have worked in the same office/division since I passed the bar. Since there is a heavy impetus on solving Tree, LinkedList, and Graph problems for tech interviews, it can naturally make freshers believe that these concepts will be used in day-to-day life at work. In reality, most of these DSA concepts are already implemented in some libraries our code uses and we rarely have to code such Algorithms by hand.
