I live in northern Virginia and I do have ts sci clearance but no poly and don't want to get into that mess. I have development experience and some management experience. Some TC offers I have seen is ~180k. I started casually looking for a month now but want to go full speed.

I have joined Nagarro almost a year now as a senior architect. However, I see lot of issues here. The company is great so far as employee friendliness is concerned. It may be rated as the top most company in that regard and that is why attrition is well within control. However, there are issues:

1. Project Allocation - allocated to projects without fitment with the role or skills. No internal job portal

2. Lots of seniors in bench for long time

3. No way to give company feedback

Do we have salary advance policies in the big 4s either in Indian or global offices?

Dilemma… I left my old company 4 months ago. Today, they’ve reached out to me to ask me to come back at a higher role, Operations Manager. I would’ve jumped on this opportunity if they asked me before.
