Currently at one of the Big 3 Japanese banks (MUFG, Mizuho, SMBC) in debt capital markets and might have an opportunity to join the Capital Markets team at Wells Fargo (all in London). What are the thoughts reputationally on WF vs the Japanese banks in EMEA? It's important to prioritize your well-being and career goals. Consider talking to your supervisor or HR to see if any accommodations can be made. Leaving before a year may impact future job prospects, but not necessarily blacklist you. I would say make it at least half a year and have the next job lined up before leaving.

You don't have to stay for a year, but it will look badly on your resume if you don't stick it out that long. What's making you think it isn't for you? How long have you worked there?
I would try to stay for at least 6 months and definitely don't leave before landing your next gig if you can handle it. It's all about phrasing
On any interviews you go on just address the elephant in the room. They’ll be curious.
Why is it not for you? I once left a job after 4 months due to ethical concerns.
Look your new hire paperwork
Honestly if it hasn't been that long you don't even need to list it in your CV in the first place.
