What should I keep in mind as a senior design engineer when I'm going to communicate with multiple teams from development, product management, testing, sales and sustaining ? Do I need to take a course on communication methods, planing whatever ?

If you are concerned enough to post about it then yes, taking a comms course is good! Some advice I give to technical people trying to communicate outside their swim lane is (1) to not use technical jargon or acronyms, (2) explain what you want them to understand/take away first, then explain, (3) speak slow and intentional, and (4) use pictures and graphs instead of words and use your voice track to explain (leave whitespace).

Thank you so much! Yes added to that, i am concerned about guessing each stake holder's responsibility and like not to put too many people in copy and every time decide who be in copy who not but at the same time keep everyone updated and not miss anything. How to cross this frustrating part?

Wondering what people think about my situation. I’ve been offered a role with a company. The job description didn’t mention college degree as a requirement. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). It’s a 4 year degree and under this I have my High School equivalent with the years I attended there. The education wasn’t mentioned in the interviews. Continued below.
