What time do you guys start and finish work? At the moment we’re currently starting at 8am and finish at 5:30pm. We got the message yesterday that we will now be starting at 7:30 and finish at 6pm until the film finishes. I know it’s only an hours difference but I never had a job that has changed the hours before!

Tough time getting past final step: I’ve been trying to make a career shift for 10 months now and continue to get rejected at the last step. Im confident in the value I can provide and do well at presenting it. However, once it’s comes down to me and 1-2 other candidates, I repeatedly have been turned down for the person who has more relevant experience as they’re a safer bet for the employer.
