What's the salary range for a director at the Gilead Sciences foundation? There is a position perfect for me, but I don't want to throw my hat in the ring if starting salary isn't $180-190k. Also, any thoughts on the stability of their philanthropic commitment? There's talk of a recession; I don't want to go private to be cute a few months later.
What’s the answer comrades?

Can I get 11 likes to get my DM started.
Thanks
Anyone in to younger guys?

Honestly, my best year was my fourth year in SaaS sales. That’s when I finally landed a couple of enterprise deals that pushed my commission way past anything I’d seen before—almost doubled my previous best. Before that, I felt the same way you do: lots of hard work, but no “big story” to share.
Slowly but surely is my way. I’ve had some bigger than normal deals come through with a nice payday but nothing crazy ever. A lot of it has to do with what industry you're in and sometimes things that are out of your control. People right now are very hesitant to spend big due to economic everything.
My best sales year was a mix of patience and strategy. Early on, I was hustling hard but not always smart. I was chasing every lead without focus. I started getting really good at qualifying prospects and nurturing relationships long-term. SaaS sales is a marathon, not a sprint. Sometimes the big commissions come from deals you started months ago. So yeah, patience and sharpening your process pay off more than just grinding.
