Agree completely. I also factored in that non equity partner is all but guaranteed in 3 years with earnings of 800k-1m. Equity partner though is harder and uncertain. No mandatory retirement age so these guys hold on to their books for as long as possible.
This numbers are surprisingly low.
I'm expecting 130k as a manager 1.

145k + $16.5k in bonuses during the year, promo was last year. MCOL. Tax, pass through entity focus but still kind of a generalist. Top 100 firm
We'll find out in a few months - from my conversations with those on high, new base as second year SM should be $165-175. Based on my results and firm results for the last year, expect/have strong case for it to be on the higher end of that.
125K
Lol if you’re a partner this is outdated.
135k base, bonus was about 9k that year.
Pass through tax, not LCOL. 12% higher COL than US average. No where near the NY or CA COL. Top 20 firm, so not big4 pay scales.

145k in Texas
Tax (generalist). Top 200 firms
