Has anyone interviewed with Amazon in the last 6 months. I finished my loop for a finance role. It’s been 8 business days and no update from the recruiter. I mailed the recruiter who said apologies for the delay but we will get back to you with next steps. Has anyone had this experience and what was the outcome Amazon

Why do you want sick days? Usually firms give you more pto days to make up for the lack of sick days. I’ve rarely taken a sick day so I’d rather have extra pto.
Oh yeah those are no fun and can’t work them
OP usually if there are no sick days the PTO will account for that (will be more days).
Probably like 25 days of PTO and at least a 4% 401(k) match.
Not sure I can answer your question but I will say that I’ve never worked anywhere that allowed actual sick days.
Really? I’ve worked at a non-profit that even had X number of sick/personal days and Y number of vacation days based on an accrual rate.
Thats a hard question since benefit package vary so much between industries. Its probably easier for you to narrow down what you absolutely want and what you can be flexible on. Working with a recruiter makes it easy as they can filter out what doesnt meet your qualifications. Industry benefits across the board are GENERALLY not as good as public so i wouldn’t get your hopes up. For example most place ive seen/interview with usually have between 12-15 pto days. while in public I was getting 25 days.
I got an offer for an entry level accounting position that offered 15 days pto (including vacation, sick, and personal), 401k match 100% employer match on first 3% contributed, and 50% employer match on next 2%, the usual healthcare coverage benefits, life insurance, and $500-$2k educational reimbursement
