Hi how is smartims company for experienced?
Hello!
I finished my final round(s) for a TAM position at Google (GCP) last week and was told by my recruiter that my feedback was great and that I made a solid impression on the team and am "firmly in the running". I was supposed to hear back this week (according to the recruiter) but he just told me that it's still in the process and that I'll have to wait for another week or so.
Is this common at Google ? I have heard they are notorious for being really slow with their hiring process.

I’m a bit confused with the position of the first coma on your table! Doesn’t make any sense.
This breakup is what I got in the offer letter, I didn’t make any updates over the comas by myself.😅 And yes, it is an INR. Hope it makes sense now.

Why your basic is just 35% of total fixed ? Now a days it is 50% of total.. this doesnt seems right.. you should talk to the HR.
.
Now basic is 50% of total and
PF is 12% of basic or say 6% of total.
Thats the standard i am seeing everywhere.
.
In hand will be 96k-1lac.. usually fixed salary of 16 lac gives 1lac in hand.. so you will be close.. rest depends on your tax savings.
Which skill and career level

In countries where a point is used as a decimal separator, a comma is usually used to separate thousands (e.g 12,000.50 / 120,005.00 / 1,200,050.00 etc…) 😂
You will easily get 1L in hand.
Can someone explain what this post means….
