What would it take for you to leave your current job? A recruiter reached out to me about an opportunity that would be almost 50% more pay than what I currently make if I were to get it. While I’m nowhere near to the point of “having it in the bag”, it has me considering what it would take to leave. I literally just finished relocating and the commute may be long/require relocating. There’s also job security in that industry, etc. Money is a huge plus, but is it enough?

Best ways to create a realistic, healthy work environment?

If there is a case that we have to quarantine again. Do you all think it is possible for store associates to work remotely? If so, what are some ways this could work? I fear another pandemic or outbreak and so many people being out of work again. I can't even fathom those that had jobs in retail that had little to no choice to not be remote.
