what would yall say is really missing in the coaching space from a tech or feature specific lens? Interested to hear folks thoughts :)

I've heard a lot of people remark that getting into finance is often not as lucrative as many people think, and building a book and getting ahead is quite arduous. Any insight on this front?

How long does it takes for you to feel confident on what you are doing at FDD? Essentially I am not trying to stay at FDD forever but want to make sure that I learn all the necessary skills before I go.

Anyone else work in the service industry growing up? Worked at a Little Caesars for 4 years (youngest asst. manager ever thank you very much) and I maintain that I have never faced that level of pressure or stress in my professional career. Standing between a Karen-customer and their $5 pizza is not a feeling I’ll ever forget.

How feasible is it to transition out of compliance into legal practice?

Wonder if anyone can offer advice on which cert to pursue next? I obtained my CompTIA Security+ last year and wondering if I should go for the CySA+ or Pentest+ next. I also have my AWS CCP and will be sitting for the Solutions Architect soon as well. Currently not doing security stuff at work but would love to keep my skills going. I was hoping one of these next certs will help me finally break into a security role and love the idea of pentesting but not sure if the CySA+ is more beneficial.

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. Anyone else frustrated with the lack of follow through from potential employers? I have had two companies undercut my ability to have an equal chance to compete for a role. One company kept telling me a second interview would happen in a few weeks. Nothing for 3 months even with my check ins. To just find out the role was filled. Another company flat out said they couldn’t find my application (in their system where it was attached to job req number) and filled the role.

I'm completing my MBA in a few weeks. I'm CSM certified. I'm seeking advice on my best course of action. I have experience as an Account Manager for 7+ years but I'm seeking a position as a Jnr. Scrum Master

There's a lot of backstory to this but I can only type so much SO I've been with my company for 10.5 hours and just found out they've increased their base pay for starting employees $3-5/hr. I have received my annual 3-4% raises, only because I always make sure to ask for it, but nothing more. They didn't even acknowledge my 10 year anniversary with the company and it's a pretty small company (less than 100 employees). I feel I should get a $3-5/hr raise since the base pay was raised. Thoughts?
