Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

You will most likely burn a bridge if you pull out last minute, and people talk…
Also, being booked is not a bad thing, shows you’re in demand. Just express interest in the second agency and let them know you’d love to work with them when another project comes up but you’re already committed to something this time—that shows you have integrity.

A month or two & vague? I would go with the second one. First one sounds like next project is on pause. Companies cut freelancers easier. Do what’s best for you!

Whatever you decide to do - don’t burn bridges. Half of freelancing is getting a gig and building your network, and it might feel good having two great options and feeling in demand, but relationships are so much more important
Double dip anyway 😉
Most conflicts like this can be dealt with head on.
Clients appreciate efficient communications and hiding issues as they emerge is not efficient.
If you have a competing offer present moments after committing to something - pivot rapidly to notify the first one and deliver whatever news, counter offer or etc u think best for you (and your ongoing relationships).
Having some ideas for how to manage this kind of conflict in a business like manner (no drama, just the facts and a plan) will build your credentials with clients, not harm them.
Sometimes scenarios are no-win, but but always.
A lot of the time the outcome is all “in the delivery” - how you handle it.
