Conflicted 2nd Year Associate here. I generally like my firm but obviously hate the practice of law (biglaw). I've been offered a fairly generous comp package to take a non-attorney compliance role with a FAANG company. Is the HRA and house rent factor in salary are the same.

And LTA is depend on HRA amount.
