Can anyone please confirm the compensation structure at PwC AC/SDC? Like Fixed+var etc..and how much is the average range for each component? I'm looking for ERP technology.

I hope Ac and Sdc are same?

What is decent package for 10 yrs exp .
Technology is Oracle Ebs technical.

My current CTC is very low, 4.77lpa. Got 10% for September cycle.
1) when is the annual appraisal cycle, when we will get the hike letter? Approx hike %
2) will we get additional hike for sub-level change from 12.2 -> 12.1?

I'm having more than 12 yrs of experience and current ctc is 11.20 excluding night shift and variables. I've given interview in bny got shortlisted and submitted the documents. Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. But all of sudden hr is saying she is not confirm whether I'll get offer or not. They are bluffing all around to giving my offer. What should I do now

Hey i had my HR discussion with Infosys HR, they are not even ready to match my counter offer, they will release the offer tomorrow, how to renegotiate now, any tips, they are saying they can't go beyond that for the role. Can someone point me to some material where I can read about profit sharing vs 401k. I get the concept, but I am trying to understand is 10% profit sharing vested over 5 years better than an employee 401k match of 6%?

From my understanding 10% PS is better because it’s just a standard 10% on top of whatever I contribute though it takes 5 years to vest. Does this mean if I leave before 5 years I don’t get any of it?
