What’s a realistic salary at Infosys for 4.5 years of experience?
I’m in talks with Infosys, and I initially shared ₹13 LPA as my expectation. But after checking Bangalore living costs and considering future responsibilities (I’m engaged, planning marriage next year), I feel it's not sustainable.

👉 Can anyone share what Infosys is offering for 4.5 years of experience in 2025?
👉 Is ₹20–₹28 LPA negotiable, or is that beyond their band?

I’ve got about 20 years cross channel experience in marketing, split between big brands and startups, and I’m considering pivoting into a data science/data analyst role. I know it will initially be a step back in comp but is it at all realistic for a person with certificate level experience in data analysis but a decent marketing management background to expect $150-200k comp or is that mostly for degreed candidates (or not realistic at all)? How much stock do you put on benefits? I have two offers with stark differences in benefits. Job 1: role I want, but benefit sucks (2 weeks paternity leave, 20% coinsurance). Job 2: role is okay but higher level and great benefits (16 weeks paternity, 0% coinsurance, 5 more days of vacation). Total comp is the same though. I wonder if I should just focus on role but Job 2 is a large company, so I can move around after 2-3 years I’d expect. Thoughts?
