Lol to them: nothing. They aren’t super known for being responsive to raises or promotions. Definitely bring it up with your manager and have some rationale
You’re definitely right! 98% of juniors won’t get a raise there until they get promoted, any negativity is warranted
Promotions should come with a 10-20% raise. A raise with no title bump will likely get you an additional 2-5k, aim high to negotiate down to where you want to end up. A raise during a pandemic might be tough but good luck!!
Bring up the increase of living costs. If you don't receive a raise it's as if they're giving you a paycut. Start applying to new places, nothing sparks a promo or raise like the threat of you leaving for another job.
The first part will absolutely not yield a raise, make a business case based on your value... leaving for a raise? Prob the easiest way
If you’ve made a campaign, bring up your contributions. Otherwise, try to make something.
If there's no promotion, nothing unless you have leverage.
You could get a small annual cost of living adjustment, 2 to 4%, but if you are looking for more, you will either have to get promoted, find another job and have the company counter offer, or during your review, sell the hell out of your contributions, like document them big time. What happens is for pay raises outside of a normal bump or promotion, there needs to be a very strong reason to approve and in some cases have to be approved by Paris.
