Hi All,
After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.
Is it something common that happens in JPMC.

The agency is Golin. @VP1, that description makes sense. I think they also have a lot of creatives at their agency so that’s possibly why they use that title. Like SM1 said, the years of exp. and type of work matches my experience. The title just threw me off a little. Not looking to be a Director again….been one for 3 years now and getting a promotion in Nov. Didn’t want to essentially start over but I’ll apply and see what happens.
Several years ago, we condensed titles and they’ve slowly started adding a few more back in. There are separate titles for Director and VP, Director. It’s basically a VP position, next one after that is SVP, then EVP
In practice, it’s pretty interchangeable in terms of workload/expectations regardless of if they’re VP, Director or just Director.
What agency? Every agency has a different title structure. I would focus on how many years of experience the role requires and then ask the recruiter to explain the structure to you.

I think Advertising has more of these than PR. If PR, basically means it’s a broad title — with intermixing responsibilities from AD/Director to VP.
