What’s a VP, Director? Interested in applying for a role with this title but I can’t tell if it’s equivalent to a traditional VP or if it’s equivalent to a Director.

Looking to pivot my career into project management from property management and current role finance “sales”. I took a project management course back in 2017 in college. We had a final assignment where I had to write up a business charter including time, scope, budget. Also created a WBS and Gantt chart. Since I really have no other PM experience, should I post my assignment to my LinkedIn page? Will recruiters actually see the projects that we post?

She said they had a busy week last week but will make a final decision this week - is the delay and radio silence a bad sign or is this typical for experienced hiring?
