I’ve been with company almost 2 years and have significantly increased sales. Just over 6 years in B4 financial services tax in PNW area. Mostly doing compliance work pumping out K1s and returns. Just got an industry offer at 155k 15% bonus and 100k equity (4year vesting). 👉Just ask for it. Really, you would be surprised. Might be easier to switch to a new company and ask. I did that 3 years into my career.

And 🛑 wasting your time at a company that under-values you severely. Sometimes switching companies every 2 years or so will allow you to keep raising the bar for yourself.

I have offers from 3 companies and getting 90% hike. Now current company is trying to retain with 40% and promising onsite. I have never been onsite and it's an aspiration since long. But the hike they're giving will also be effective after 6 months.
