I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

Also got an 18k raise last year by bringing another offer to my leadership (offer was 33k more but the benefits were trash in comparison). Then got promoted in Dec as well so my pay went up 30k+ last year without leaving which was cool.
A1 I don't think I'm considered specialized. I lead a team of about 15 people working on AWS infrastructure for a pretty large client. I was level 9 when I presented the outside offer (January 2020. Raise in effect Feb 1st) and I'm currently level 8 since December.
I reached out to my CC who is also my direct Manager to let him know about the offer. He asked me if I was interested in staying and what salary I would stay for. I told him and he said I think we can do that. Went to Leadership, they asked for more than I asked to stay and after going all the way through final approvals I got slightly more than I wanted to stay (not what they asked for).
I'm homegrown from level 12 and have been on the same project my entire career so leadership is very aware of who I am and my contributions. I have other coworkers who tried to do it at lower levels or less years of experience in the project who either got rejected outright or they didn't offer anything close to what they wanted to stay.
My only advice is to make sure you only present an outside offer if you're actually willing to take it. If they don't counter it and you stay anyway it's gonna look bad.
I'll start: I got 0% in a non-promo year at L10. Then a 12% raise going from L10 to L9
Just completed my first year. I’m AFS. Came on as CL9 at 110. No promotion in Dec/Feb. Dec annual bonus and increase were both 1.5%
13% L9 to L8 this Feb
0% increase last Dec as I've reached the ceiling for L9
