I am an Associate (equivalent to team lead in my company org chart) with 14+ YOE in FP&A. Looking to make an external move to managerial position. Should I obtain any of the BI certification to make myself more marketable?

Young professional with 3 years of retail banking experience, 1 year of claims experience, and now roughly 6 months into insurance sales. Between selling in retail banking environment and every month of insurance sales regularly pacing 200% or over to goal. Loving comp but not loving the call center environment and hoping to move to another lucrative sales position with less non stop calls. Any suggestions?

I have my last day at employer A right before thanksgiving and will be covered on their health insurance through 11/30.
