Currently having 12.36lacs CTC, YOE 8, Business analyst skill, other skills power Bi, SQl, SAP Hana, before 1st round informed recruiter expected CTC as 20lacs not aware BOnus included in IQVIA.

Now that i have submitted all the docs, waiting for HR discussion. My expectation is now 25lacs fixed. Can i say this now to HR when they call?

Any meetings for ad people in la? I find no one really understands how we work in normal aa meetings. They find it suspect when I’m at work till 10pm every night for 3 weeks.

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.

Millennials like us always assume we’re about to get fired - I actually have been laid off in a meeting with that title. About to sign on with a new consulting firm, and their onboarding documentation wants me to sign a non-compete which prevents me from joining another firm that does Salesforce work for 12 months after the end of this role...
