I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.
Does anyone here work for Silicon Valley Bank? They recently acquired Boston Private. I’m a candidate for a job at Boston Private. Wondering if SVB is planning layoffs in the near term at BP? Also, does anyone know the anticipated benefits to be rolled out from SVB as the parent company? Specifically interested in health insurance providers. Thanks in advance for any information! Hi All,
A suggestion required on the following companies. My personal details are YOE: 10+, Tech stack: React, Node, Express, Mongo, Jenkins, AWS(basics)
Offers in Hand:
Caterpillar Inc. : 37(32 Fixed)
@GE Healthcare : 44(38 Fixed)
How is work culture in Caterpillar & GE Healthcare?
Caterpillar: Don't know much about the project details, manager is friendly
GE Healthcare: Manager is like stretching work hours, weekend working etc.
Please help choose a company

I think they are becoming part of RAPP
Yes we were part of the RAPP town hall last week and this is what we were told
There were layoffs. No one knows for sure about RTO since Princeton doesn’t have an office. Heard somewhere that the MRMs may be rolled into another existing agency.
I guess that doesn’t bode well for Princeton employees as that office location was closed earlier this year and everyone worked remotely.
Clients will be divided up, more data/CRM work (Opella, etc..) will stay with RAPP. More traditional pharma work will go to Omnicom Health. (Despite what MRM Princeton Leadership is telling everyone)
Some of the pharma clients will not be happy as they are very happy with their present teams.
