What’s the average salary for a level 9 security specialist in the Midwest - USA?

That’s supposed to be my next promotion next year, but I’m not even sure if it’s worth the wait or if it will happen.

An opportunity might be opening up for me at another company that pays $124k/year- senior security engineer. Per the job description, it is pretty much what I do now, but I get an extra $30k raise.

I’m a L9 consultant based out of San Francisco, California who was impacted by recent lay off at Accenture. I wanted to understand as per WARN Act California employees are to be given at least 60 days notice, however I was only given 3 weeks notice. Can I challenge this?

Had a fight with my MD or let's say more like argument. After that the next 2 months was endless nitpicking and pulling me for mistakes that aren't really in my control.

Currently 1 YOE tech consulting at Deloitte looking to make a hop to more strategy type roles and came across the strategy analyst development program- 1. is this only for fresh undergrads from specific schools or would I be able to apply? 2.
