Currently 1 YOE tech consulting at Deloitte looking to make a hop to more strategy type roles and came across the strategy analyst development program- 1. is this only for fresh undergrads from specific schools or would I be able to apply? 2. What’s the compensation at this level? (worried I might have to take a pay cut). Also would appreciate any remarks regarding the program in general. Thanks!

I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I started a company just under 1 year ago. We sell a product via ecom channels and have done ~100K in revenue with a 60% gross margin.

The first 6 months I was working a full time job. I quit my job to focus on the business full time, and have since depleted my readily available capital. I’m bootstrapping the business with my own funds. I was recently offered a job in my old industry for 80K per year. I was previously making 62K.

Should I take the job?

Hi Folks, I am working in infy and planning to drop paper this week. As I don't have offer in hand but 90 days NP impacting to get new job. Also my compansation is not good as per exp.
