What’s the best title for freelance producer?
I have been an EP, Line Producer, but last staff position was Senior Producer (they met my salary ask but couldn’t give me the title). Now I’m going freelance and not sure what title to use. It feels like Freelance Producer fails to acknowledge my level of experience but Freelance EP could get passed over for jobs that I would be happy to do as a freelancer. I’ve also seen Freelance Creative Producer? Does any of it matter?

Capgemini - Associate Consultant

Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.

I am booked at an agency that is filled with toxic people and I got offered a freelance job at a really great agency. I am two weeks into a four week booking but they said that usually keep freelancers on for a really long time. Right now I am only working on edits. Do you all think it would be OK to tell the agency that I’m currently at that I’m going to leave for another booking or is that really bad?
