Hi All,
After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.
Is it something common that happens in JPMC.

Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

Hang out in the lobby at an upscale golf club, have loud, fake phone conversations about synergies and digitization.
No Bain? 😓
For hiring, probably better to connect with managers or post MBA folks. Partners have very little time and are variable in terms of how much capacity/willingness they have to dedicate towards recruiting.
🤣 D1 get a grip!!
I don’t think that’s a good idea; two facts, the number of partners compared to the consulting team is a very small group, so immediately your probabilities of finding a Partner are very low and second as someone else mentioned they don’t have a lot of time, as part of the consulting team is hard to get time from partners, now imagine yourself, hangout with regular consulting team they should be able to refer you.
Why do you want to network with parters? For getting into MBB this makes only sense if you want to get in on a higher level like Project leader upwards and then you need to network specifically with those from your industry/function. Those will be difficult to find, but you could try to just hit them a message via mail or LinkedIn if you have a really strong case. For Consultant level talk to recruiters or other consultants as mentioned before
