Meta technical solutions consultant interview prep - can someone let me know if they have gone through the technical rounds for Technical Solutions Consultant role? Can you share what to prepare for since it’s not a data science type of role so most likely not hard level MySQL questions. Any specific types of queries that I should learn? Thanks!

Like big 4 but somehow worse. I got $500 each year I was there despite working my ass off, stellar reviews and firm revenue growing. Managers get slightly higher.
Let’s face it, we’re not really in this industry for the bonuses. But combine GT’s laughable bonus with the already low comp and no good benefits ... nah, pass.
At what level did you make the switch to big4? And at what level do you recommend making the switch?
It’s 0 dollars and 0 cents this year.
Got $500 in bonus my first year audit lol
What’s a bonus?
To answer your question, it’s entirely discretionary. It is not tied to a % of your salary or influenced by how well you do. Having exceeds ratings does not necessarily mean you get a higher bonus than ones who just got meets ratings. Bonuses are generally more the higher your level, but as others have mentioned, it’s pretty small. FYI the senior associate bonus was around 1k in 2019
Highest bonus I received in 3 years was 3k, even after getting "exceeds". Bonuses were 2-4% of salary if you were lucky
It’s bad
Wow. I never thought RSM would be good in this category. 5% of salary, but last year was 8% due to firm/my performance being baller.
