Hi All,
I have 7 years of experience in total in SAP Integration technology and I have been offered C2 manager position with Capgemini with a package of 30.5 LPA.
Is it good to join? Can I still contribute technically at C2 role? Or would it be pure managerial role? Also please let me know how much variable pay would be paid at this role? I have around 2.8L variable per year as a part of the package.
Any pointers will be highly appreciated Capgemini
Hi fishes! Nagarro declined the counter offer letter ₹33,00,000 + shares worth 4.5LPA
I've 6+ yrs experience (mobile dev.)
Nagarro offered 18LPA. Initially I told HR for 22 but he mentioned 18 into their internal portal to their senior so after clearing all interview rounds I got 18.
When I asked the HR, he told me to accept it for now and bring the counter offer letter so they can revise offer letter.
But now they declined. Weird.
I applied for some senior positions at AbbVie online 2 weeks ago. The status appears as “resume received” for some positions, status of one position appears as “under review” while another position shows “in progress”. Any idea how long their hiring team takes to get back following the application?

I went from Deloitte to BAH earlier in my career. I enjoyed my time more at BAH hands down over my time at Deloitte. I got a promotion and significant comp bump making the jump and enjoyed the work a lot more at BAH, too.
In my little part of BAH (your experience at BAH can reallllly vary depending on where you are in the org), I found the culture to be much more collegial and laid back. The focus was almost entirely on client delivery at my level (A and LA) with very little of the firm initiative BS that I dealt with at Deloitte. Raises and promos were fair, though no bonuses was a bummer. Much better 401k and the rest of the benefits were comparable.
Years later, I'll put it this way. If I were to go back into fed consulting, I'd happily go back to BAH, but wouldn't touch Deloitte with a ten foot pole.
Short answer is good and yes, probably worth it.
Long answer is reeeeaaaaaalllllyyyy dependent on a lot.

Don’t go from Deloitte to BAH…. Just don’t

Only go to Booz if you have a high level clearance, or if you want to go to coast. Raises, culture, and work leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion.
Agree. My team/culture experience at BAH, was the worst I've ever worked, w/ 20yoe in industry.
Booz is excellent if they'll pay you enough and the client is good/interesting. They're mostly focused on becoming a tech-focused firm, so if you're non-technical or don't have a super-high level clearance you'll be something of a second-class citizen at the firm with very little upward mobility (unless you're great at biz dev).
Most of Booz Allen’s portfolio is classified, so you’ll have less internal mobility once you get here without a clearance . There are still plenty of non-classified positions though.
I made the switch from D to BAH and enjoy it. No negative experiences from D, just appreciate WLB booz provides (no required firm initiatives). Definitely more laid back, lots of smart folks at both firms but I’m happy with the decision.
I’d just consider whatever your high level plan is for your career and factor it in. Everyone’s is different so BAH, may be an excellent choice depending on the work you want to do. But if you’re trying to exit to big tech or land a strategy role somewhere, probably isn’t the move. End of day BAH, is still a good firm/brand within Fed consulting
my buddy works there and i just want him to gtfo of there.
Are any fish willing to refer me to BAH?
I am
Like all government contracting companies your experience will rely entirely on what project you get put on. With all of these types of companies the culture depends on the agency in my opinion.
Thank you all for the insights, they were really helpful
Similar to Deloitte I’d imagine. But leadership is conservative, lots of ex military in public sector space, it’s a helicopter environment with lots of staff augmentation rather than actual consulting. My 8 year experience was not good. Have heard Deloitte is a good place to work, Guidehouse is the best place I’ve worked.
