Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?
What laptop brand does your firm provide?
After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

If they are decent humans they should and will credit you 100%. Stay in contact with some people and shoot them note closer to awards season.
Yeah it really comes down to if the people still there are considerate enough to go out of their way to do so.
They absolutely should - but, at least make sure you post about it when it comes out and are on the credit list in the trades. That way if you get left off the award credits you’ll still have something to point to if you need it.
Can they? Yes.
Should they? Sure.
Will they? TBD.
If you led award winning work, you led award winning work. Put it on your resume, mention it in your interviews, update your portfolio, add a line to your LinkedIn bio and continue to be great.

Please don’t add award wins or rankings in your name on LinkedIn. Self promotion is ok but that’s a whole other level of neediness.

Etiquette? Any work done at that past employer agency is owned by said client for said agency, if you left you left, they aren't going to credit a past employee.
Okay well most of this thread is giving me hope. Good to know there are some companies that honor key contributors when it comes to awards
They should. A few agencies that still have integrity would give you credit.
Everywhere I have ever worked did their best to credit people who have left. I always credit freelancers too. But regardless of the best intentions, sometimes people get forgotten.
They should. The credit list should reflect who worked on the project, not who still works at the agency.
Thank you everyone that answered and gave advice! So happy to hear that generally, chivalry in advertising isn’t fully dead.
