High turnover rate is a huge red flag! Unclear expectations, nobody really seems to be able to give you an exact answer for anything. People being extremely defensive about everything, like, I just wanted to ask a question or get an answer to something and now they are acting like a said some hateful thing 😭
Omg people are so defensive in this industry, but I think it’s because everyone is trying to just cover their asses. The blame game is so prevalent in this field

High tournaround, micromanagement, cult personality (if everyone gushes performatively over a particular person in leadership)

When days go by without anyone smiling or laughing. You can catch this one during the interview stage sometimes

Yeah, usually a good pulse. Be careful - especially with small sample size on there - since it is sort of the yelp of industry chatter (attracts primarily the disgruntled and resentful)
