I currently work a w-2 along with funding a business. If I end things, I'll be looking at roughly $180k personally as debt to the business in losses. The other partner has too little of business/budgeting acumen to pay it back no matter the payback timeline.

I have six years military experience and he is still in the military. Collectively we have passed the hardest schools in the military and both love fitness and have experience building programs and are both certified personal trainers.
