Have you followed up with them?
You should’ve followed up after the 1st week of not hearing back. Reach out to them ASAP!
I'd call right now.
Wondering if it's my old company - they took forever - 4 weeks is a long time - hopefully the recruiter is staying in touch with you.
I’d reach out to the recruiter immediately to follow up. They should be giving you updates to when it should be coming. 4 weeks is long.
Yeah I’d reach out to them ASAP
If you needed to get to quota, would you wait that long for a prospect to say they’re ready to buy? It might be one of your top picks but personally, if I haven’t heard back in a week, I’d hope for them to call back but I wouldn’t count on it.
Never give up hope! But also never put all your eggs in one basket. You could be missing opportunities while banking on a maybe. The more options you have, the better! Always hope for the best but prepare for the worst.
Have you followed up with them after were told you got the job?
My interview process started on 9/27/22. I followed up after my last interview towards the beginning of November and was told they were on hold for a lot of positions until the new year. Followed up again about a two weeks ago as we are approaching the end of Q1. Was told that the position is still on hold. Applied for another job with the company and got called by a recruiter. Radio silence all around.
