How many pages is your resume/CV?
Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Have an offer at Citi for 120K as an AVP in the NY office. Currently making 92K at my current role. Is this a fair offer? I currently WFH pretty much full time at my current role but it seems like this one requires 2-3 days in the office - and this is something I’m very hesitant about. Thoughts on how to approach this?
Im not searching for a new job but an acquaintance reached out about a similar role at a similar energy company.Turns out 2 ppl threw my name in the hat. I looked into it and the position was posted 2 weeks ago.Their director wants to meet.I bet pay is one of the first things to be discussed so that no one’s time is wasted.Am I crazy for not wanting to entertain it for less than 20-25% base pay increase? Is it selfish to ask for more? I’m sure most salary conversations end in negotiation anyways?

Wow. I’m in the wrong industry. Lol. I’d be happy with $95k
New as well. I don’t need much.
$150K
160k. I’m a SWE with 5+ YoE and fully remote. Coding/maintaining for 3 separate projects at a time now and shit is getting hectic with this current 118k pay
Well I always say negotiate because you don't want to leave any money on the table. However, if I was offered 150k that would definitely make me happy. That would be my magic number.
135k and hybrid schedule
470 K
I will still negotiate. I don’t see any reason not to
Dang C1, what kind of lifestyle do you have?
$180K
775k and you can have me at hello.
What level / yrs of exp in law would be needed to get to this?

Realistically it'll take $220k to keep the house, so anything at or above that will be met with less resistance, but at some point I'll need an income to buy groceries, and in the current markets I'll be hesitant to put any opportunity at risk.
Looking for a job while employed is a very different experience than when laid off.
Wish you the best IBM1 - what space within consulting are you?
Above 185K and full remote.
This would be vvvvv ideal
Remote + 200k!
Always negotiate.
