I somewhat accidentally built a a blog that nets me around 15k/month in ad revenue. It started with my deciding to write medium articles about interesting business wins and foibles (things like the Hoover plane ticket promo) and added short audio clips to make the articles “multimedia”.

I ended up replatforming onto Ghost, threw some marketing $$ at Twitter, and blew up

I join tcs by changing my profile and my previous exp was in 5 yr pre-sales.
I am giving my best in work but still escalations are raised against me by client.
My husband is also in tcs he is moving to onsite in Jan and my travel is also planned mid next year.
I am giving 12hour daily in my job to adjust in new profile. And affecting my health now.
Shall I quit the job and move with my husband with on dependant visa? Or i shall continue to get pressurized and wait for my onsite?

How do you reliably estimate the cost of different marketing activities (email, social, web, etc) when you don't have specific people or tools allocated to each function and costs are spread across many channels?
