What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

It can happen to low performers or if overall utilization is super low, but this is not the norm. Wild guess is 5%, but i am not in HR.
Second this statement.
We are not an up-or-out firm and wouldn’t characterize as PIP factory, but we do have “norms for time in role,” and you’re liable to be PIP-ed if you’re not seen as progressing against the skills-for-tenure paradigm.
Best advice is, understand how your individual managers feel about your progress, work against their feedback diligently, move teams if your manager’s/principal’s expectations aren’t realistic or gel with you.
You have agency, but you have to use it.
Makes sense. I’m coming from a place where 15% were pipped every year due to forced distribution so 5% sounds balmy.
