What's the probation period at ZS? I am joining this Organization in 2 weeks. However, I have recently started receiving more calls offering better pay & in case I crack any of the interviews, I would want to proceed with them rather than ZS, considering all the feedback that I have been hearing about this firm.

I have a set of virtual interviews that last from 9-5 with 8 different people. Why does that seem a little excessive to me? I understand that they want to make sure many people across different departments approve of me but it still seems like a lot.

Let’s talk comp — I’m a remote head of recruitment with 6 years of experience being paid 75K base plus bonuses that got me to 90K this year. I’m interviewing for other jobs, and have a potential offer at $130K base. Any idea what the market is like? Is seems like anything between 72K and $250K is possible. I am working since a year in my first job and I don't feel like I'm getting to learn much here or see any opportunities for growth. I am thinking about learning Salesforce development and applying for specific Salesforce jobs.
Either that or I will join another company as java developer.
Which of the two has better scope in the future, java development or Salesforce?

I went through six rounds of interviews including putting together a 30 minute presentation which I presented to the whole team. The whole process took about six weeks. I turned down another lead position at a different company waiting. After all that they told me that hiring for this role was on hold until further notice. At the end of the day it’s business, but I am left feeling like I wasted my time (and theirs.)Totally confused and disheartened by this process. Anyone else experiencing this?
