I've been trying to get out of customer service for a few years now ever since I got my bachelor's 6 years ago. I have a bachelor's in business administration. And Im getting my MBA in November. I feel like I've done everything I can to move ahead, but I feel blocked. I've tried sales, account analyst positions, operations, marking, digital marketing. And not a single will reach out to me and offer me a job or they'll interview me and say I'm not a good fit. Help?

I just had the initial call with HR. I was told that Senior Analysts start at 56k and Business Operations Specialists start at 67k. I was told the next step was Junior Manager but they rarely started anyone at that level. I'm shocked. Is that accurate or are they trying to lower my expectations? This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? I was a month in as Workday HCM Consultant with Accenture. They immediately throw me into the HCM courses to obtain my WD HCM certification. There are three parts HCM Essentials, HCM Applied, and HCM Practical. The passing score is 70 or above. I scored a 62 on the Essentials portion, I passed Applied, and at the end of this week Practical. During class, I received an “immediate connect” Team call and I was fired because of my low score. I'm devastated, and shocked. Yesterday was my birthday.

Hey all. I’m 25 and have $300k saved up (from equity in the startup I work at) to use as a down payment on a rental property where I’d live in the second unit. Does it make sense to rent out a multiplex in Chicago for $1.25m where one unit is already rented for $3,800/mo and I could rent 2/3 bedrooms in the upper unit to two guys I know and live in the master rent free.... or should I look for a cheaper property? I’ll be more than breaking even by about $500/mo.
