Chicago Tax $84K.

NYC fso audit 69

Tax is around 85-90

SE Audit around 62-65k

NY, Tax, industry groups - MS in Tax degree is 80-90K, MS in Acc degree is 75-85K. Specialty groups (e.g M&A, ITS, FM) generally pay more. It also varies based on prior years' ratings. I'm not sure how much people with a JD or LLM get.

Houston audit 68k

Southeast Advisory 70k-75k

Help! I’m transitioning into Product Design and finally got my first offer. Super excited but want to make sure that I’m compensated competitively. The company is a newer startup, estab. around 2017. I would be their first PD. They have offered me the following 2 options to choose between:

- CAD $77,000 p.a., 20 days of paid annual leave, 10 days of paid sick leave

- CAD $81,000 p.a.,10 days of paid annual leave, 5 days of paid sick leave

I prefer more PTO but also higher salary. Thoughts?

I’ve been running into weird happenings at my new firm learn of everything “I misunderstood” about my package. I don’t actually qualify for quarterly bonuses at a pro-rated billing rate; no 401ks till year 2; and the biggest—we don’t qualify for a raise unless we are here during the entire fiscal year. We have a 2100 billable req which I’m barely hitting. We also get paid below 6 figures. I learned that the new associates came is at least $10k over us. I graduated 2020–but 1st firm job. Advice?
