What's the typical annual raise percentage at EY?

Are there any fundamental differences between a salary negotiation during the start (applying for the job) vs. Salary negotiation during a performance review (you’ve been employed for x time and looking for a raise). I’m in the latter and wondering if there are any maneuvers that are different I should be doing.

Evaluating an offer from doordash (finally an exit!) Flat TC move, individual contributor, special projects. At current firm, I’m a top performer, and am on target for promotion to PM in 1 year.

Any advice please? I tried negotiating TC but am already at the top end of range, they wouldn’t budge.

How to negotiate a raise for a promotion?

I've been offered a job in a different group at the same company that would be a promotion and a 10% raise on my current salary. I just received a 3% annual raise 1 month ago and the 10% is on top of that. My new salary would be $106k.

Market value would be closer to $110-120k based on what I've been told by recruiters for similar roles.

I work at KPMG and was told that I will not be promoted (from senior associate 2 to 3), but received pay rise as someone who was promoted.
