I know Liver King is out there but my roommate has been living by his “9 ancestral tenets” and it basically changed his life. Anyone else that follows something similar seen benefits? Seems like he’s rooted on well being and staying connected with the world around you. Even if you think he’s weird his YouTube video is well put together.

Idk what it’s like as a PM but can tell you I hate it here and have no idea how they’re sustainable or make any money.
So for the sub agency I work at we are technically mandatory tues/wed, but my manager doesn’t care and I go in maybe once a week. Some weeks I don’t go in, some I go in twice.
For Edelman proper it’s “mandatory” 3 days a week but from people I’ve talked to they still only come in once or twice a week. Know it could probably depend on the team, but can say they for sure are having a hard time getting people to actually come in so in general teams do seem relaxed about it. From what I’ve seen we all have people located in different offices on our teams, or work on projects with teams in different offices, so it doesn’t feel like people care much about in person. They aren’t technically tracking for now, currently you just have to check a box on your time sheet that says you were in for the mandated in office time (traveling for work counts, same for if you were out sick or told your boss you needed to wfh for xyz reason you still can check the box)
