Avoid La Guardia. Take a cab.
The bus to the taxis is only 15 min and then there’s no waiting once you’re there. Uber is a disaster. Sounds like maybe it’s not so bad at terminals A/B but at C/D it was awful. Maybe it’s changed in the past week or so, though.
Get an Uber and expense it if for work
There’s no subway From LGA, you have to take a bus and transfer from the bus to the subway to get to midtown. Takes about an hour and 15.
To get to jfk, take the E train towards queens and get off at Jamaica center and then take the Airtrain to the terminals. Or take the A toward Brooklyn to the JFK stop and get on the air train to the terminals (this way is slower)
Taxi is way better than Uber right now because Uber’s are all funneled into a single area with a bottleneck, so it’ll take 30 min for the Uber to get to you and then you’ll sit in traffic for another 30 min trying to exit. Taxi you have to take a bus, but that only takes 15 min and then you’re home free.
I'm flying Delta and coming in Wednesday evening... so I'm fucked lol
