When is comp day? Thought it was yesterday..
When is the good time to tell the company that I am 3 months pregnant. My date of joining is 18th of July. I understand by law I need to finish 80days with the company before I avail maternity benefits which I can easily do in next 3 months.

Unlimited and of course paid. Also encouraged to really take the time off we need. Having an HQ in Sweden helps set the tone.
Unlimited (but actually encouraged to take them). Week off in summer for burnout. Two weeks for the holidays. Even Juneteenth now.
FTO - Flexible time off, you can get as many as you want consciously, and they are paid.

24 days base, 3 bonus summer days, 40 hrs sick time and some nice family leave packages...though was offered more days recently by my manager if I want to take more time before the end of the year.
Seems like advertising is one of the only industries heading towards the European work-life balance. Stoked.
